Fifty percent (50%) is due to upon confirmation of the reservation and serves as a deposit. Full payment is required 6 weeks prior to arrival. If your arrival is less than 6 weeks, 100% of payment is due upon booking. It is important that all payments be submitted as specified in the rental agreement in order to avoid losing your reservation and/or your booking deposit.
